Some secrets about his huge success have been made public by his grandson, Dr. Vinicio Rachelli, the present marketing director: “The choice of all ingredients is made extremely carefully; we process only fresh Demeter milk and cream, or freshly harvested Demeter fruit. For that reason we can dispense with the addition of flavourings completely.” The manufacturing process continuously inspected by the company itself, and by Demeter Italy, assure this level of quality and guarantee 100% ecological ingredients according to the standards of Demeter International and the EU organic regulations.
