The closeness of our contact, the stable regular membership of our Biodynamic and organic farmers’ groups and the fair and honest dealings between us, allow us to offer a wide range of Demeter and organic products to processors. Our producer members are located both Germany-wide, and in neighbouring European countries.
The production of larger volumes is based largely on secure production and supply contracts. These are signed up with the producers in good time before sowing begins, which allows particular customer requirements to be catered for on an individual basis e.g. requests for particular crops or varieties.
The nationwide location of our producing enterprises ensures that regional fluctuations in yield or quality can be evened out, and the risks of supply bottlenecks due to weather minimised.
