En Rachelli elaboramos helados de la más alta calidad desde los años 30
del siglo pasado, con conocimiento, pasión y amor a los productos, siguiendo la tradición y las recetas de nuestro fundador Ermenegildo Rachelli. Al descubrir su nieto Vinicio hace 25 años la calidad de los ingredientes biodinámicos nuestro helado logró dar un salto adelante en calidad y sabor. Leche y nata fresca biodinámica combinada exclusivamente con los mejores ingredientes naturales ecológicos les dan ese sabor celestial a los helados de leche, y la fruta fresca biodinámica a los sorbetes veganos.
Además de tener un sabor y una frescura irresistible, los helados Rachelli ni llevan gluten ni huevo, y los sorbetes además son libres de lactosa y veganos. Por ello son perfectamente aptos para personas con intolerancias.
Se entiende que un helado de esta calidad no necesita ni colorantes ni aromas ni grasas añadidas ni ningún tipo de aditivos o ingredientes artificiales. Además se usa únicamente azúcar integral para endulzar estas delicias.
